**IMPORTANT** As we don't monitor the online submissions on screening day, please reach out to us on Facebook or bring your film on a USB at the screening.

I confirm that I have legal authority to submit the short film to Filmonik for public exhibition and that I have the rights to use all music, images, and content in the film. Read the full terms and conditions.
I will attend the screening for the QA after my film. There are no submission fees but understand I will be asked to pay for my ticket for reasons outlined in this entry fee statement. If you, or a representative, can't make it on the night we'll simply move your film to the next month.

I give the rights to Filmonik to use small excerpts of the film for inclusion in a promo trailer for that screening.
The film is for mature audiences only, or should have a trigger warning, strobe light or any other type of warning communicated to the audience before screening.
